Robin is an experienced advocate appearing for the Crown in serious criminal prosecutions, for the Commissioner of Police in proceeds-of-crime applications, and advising and appearing for a number of regulatory bodies.
He was in practice as a barrister in London for seven years before migrating to New Zealand in 2008. His London practice comprised predominantly criminal cases, for the prosecution and defence, together with cases in the areas of regulatory and public law.
