Kai Ling specialises in commercial and civil disputes involving a wide range of matters including cross-border litigation, money claims, contract disputes, and business/property sale and purchase disputes.
Prior to joining MC, Kai Ling worked at a well-regarded mid-sized firm in downtown Auckland, helping clients from diverse cultural backgrounds navigate the New Zealand legal and court process.
Kai Ling is also a member of the New Zealand Asian Lawyers Litigation Committee, and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
